Kia ora my name is Melody Lamb and I am the new Youth Employment Coach at the Katikati Community Centre. I have recently relocated to BOP from Wellington and live with my two daughters and miniature Schnauzer in Tauranga.
Part of my role here will be facilitating the government approved youth employment program, Licence to Work, and assist the rangatahi of Katikati, Waihi beach and surrounding areas, build and implement the soft competencies and employment skills business leaders have said they want young people to display.
