Mananda teaches self-awareness and stress management tools which enable you to achieve an optimal work-life balance. Mananda Carrigan is a Senior Trainer with the Balanced Living Centre Auckland and has extensive experience in coaching and counselling, in both personal and business practice. She is a qualified trainer for Progressive Counselling, Natural Spiritual Healing and Meditation courses.
