To register online for any course please complete the following form. Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Your space on a course is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
All fees include GST and need to be paid within 3 days after you received the confirmation. You can do this online by internet banking (Katikati Community Centre 03-1550-0006540-00) or pay cash/Eftpos during office hours at the centre. Our centre office is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
We need a minimum number for courses to go ahead.
If a course is full, you can join the waiting list. We’ll contact you if a place comes up and, if we get enough interest, we can sometimes set up extra courses.
Refunds and Transfers (Cancellation Policy)
If a course doesn’t get enough enrolments to go ahead, we’ll let you know and will give you a full refund or suggest a transfer to another course.
Full refund is given for cancellations up to 7 days before a course starts.
If you do have to cancel your registration within 7 days before the course starts, you’ll get a 50% refund. We’re sorry but there are no refunds or transfers after a course has started.
The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) supports our NZ Sign Language, te reo Māori and ESOL courses so fees are reduced for NZ citizens and residents. So we can meet our TEC funding requirements, you must attend at least 80% of the sessions.
