Chris Ridder (Manager)
Chris has a Graduate Diploma in Not for Profit Management with a background in accounting. She has a wealth of experience in the Not for Profit sector and community where her strong focus on family is evident.

Sally Goodyear (Administrative Assistant)

Sally is our behind-the-scenes admin person, looking after invoicing, funding applications and Health & Safety.
Diana Donker (Team Leader - Programmes, Promotion and Information)
Diana is passionate about promoting further education and looks forward to working with members of the community who choose to become students and/or tutors in the future.
Suzanne Roberts (Information and Booking Coordinator)
Suzanne is our friendly frontline people, happy to assist you to connect with services and information using the extensive database and resources available. Suzanne is a Toolbox facilitator with The Parenting Place.
Jan de Faye (Team Leader - Child and Youth Services)
Jan has a background in accounting. With a passion for youth Jan oversees the School Holiday, After School and Youth Programmes.
Melody Bishop (Youth Programme Coordinator)
Melody has a Bachelor of Social Work and uses this in her work with local youth. She organises regular Mpowa Youth events and also works with youth deemed “at risk” to reduce their chances of offending or reoffending.
Sandie Wiese (Afterschool Care Supervisor)
Sandie is our enthusiastic and caring Supervisor for Katikids.
